On May 4th, 2024, the Chronic Diseases Society of Africa (CDSA) made a significant impact at a medical camp organized by Honorable Eliud Owalo, the Cabinet Secretary for ICT, in Sega Siaya County. The event witnessed an incredible turnout, with over 1200 individuals receiving vital medical treatment and support. 

Among them, over 400 patients presented with various chronic illnesses, highlighting the pressing need for focused attention on these health challenges within the community.The medical camp served as a beacon of hope for many individuals grappling with chronic diseases in Sega Siaya County and surrounding areas.
